On 21st January 2016, my wife and I were traveling back to South Australia with our "new" Bushtracker caravan. As we were about to leave Temora I glanced in the side mirror of my Chev Silverado to see that the BT was all okay. NO!! The nose of the van was pointing to the ground!!I pulled over, only to find that the 5 tonne rated towbar on the Chev had broken away from the chassis and was dragging on the ground.After managing to get the van jacked up enough to allow it to be released from the towbar, I went in search of some assistance; right to Allan and "Mouse" at the front door of this GREAT business.Without delay Mouse set about removing the bent bar and straightening it before refitting it with appropriate strengthening added too.I very much appreciate the great service and expertise I encountered at this business.Thanks to all the good folk at Temora Truck & Tractor Service we were back on the road in less than 3 hours.Cheers to you all.Bill Roach, Kadina, SA
